Deadline for Registration

The deadline for abstract submission is January 4th 2016. The registration deadline is February 12th 2016 for participants with or without paper. However, we recommend you to register and book your flight and accommodation as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation on or before February 12th 2016: a charge of 100 EUR applies.
Cancellation after February 12th 2016: full registration fee will be charged.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be made writing to info@frcongressi.it

All refunds will be handled after the conference.
